A. |
Fear is the
opposite of faith. Mk. 4:35-41 - Spirit of faith is equal to
spiritual force.
Spirit of fear equals a spiritual force. Fear is a spiritual
force that comes out of the spiritual realm and attacks our
mind.

|
3. |
Fear operates
by the same spiritual laws as faith operates but it operates
in reverse. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped
for." (Hebrews 11:1). As we fear, the things we don't want
to happen are brought into manifestation and are given substances
in our life becuase we are opoerating in a counterforce to faith.
If we are operating in fear, we are actually brining this reality
into our life becuase fear is a spiritual force. |
| |
|
|
A. |
Worry.
We take something we don't want to happen, eg have our car repossessed
or we have no money or sickness or God is not helping. Worry
or fear is a spiritual force that can make negative things happen,
eg. lose our job. "For the things I greatly feared has
come upon me. (Job 3:25). |
| |
|
|
B. |
Great
fear can bring something to pass. Fear is a force God
hates. Example at Constantinope - Cholera 125 people died but
only 5 from cholera. Remainder died from fear of cholera. |
| |
|
|
C. |
Fear
and worry is sin. "Whatever is not of faith is
sin." Romans 14:23. Jesus spoke of worry. He said six times
"Do not worry. (Matthew 6:25-34). |
| |
|
|
D. |
First Evil
Force to Grip Adam after the fall was fear. It is ingrained
in all creation. "So he said, "I heard your voice
in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid
myself." (Gen. 3:10). Adam fell from fellowship with God. |

1. |
The world refers
to the “Panic attack.” Dr. Allan H. Bruckheim, MD, author of
The Family Doctor, says, “This type of disorder is being seen
with ever increasing frequency in medical offices and may well
be the most commonly recognized psychiatric problem. They come
on at random, are overpowering episodes of intense anxiety,
and are accompanied by a wide variety of other symptoms. Patients
may complain of palpitations and trembling, chest pain, difficulty
in breathing, dizzy spells, and sweating, and frequently express
their fear that they are going crazy. While some symptoms may
be seen during the actual attack, there are rarely any signs
available to the examining physician in between episodes. For
the most part, laboratory tests will be normal, or will reveal
other medical conditions that have nothing to do with the emotional
problem. There is some correlation between anxiety disorders
and depression and they may be seen together in as many as 50
percent of these patients.”

badly enough to have caused death. Dr Charles Mayo of Mayo
Clinic said fear affects the heart, the circulation, the glands,
the nervous system and the health.
Scriptural example
Nabal died of fear when he heard about the visit of David:
"So it was, in the morning, when the wine had gone from
